The skirt is black and pleated. It extends down to the knees.
The top is white and short sleeved. The cuffs of the sleeves are black and have three stripes of white trim going accross them. The collar to the top is also black and has three stripes of white trim. The neckline between the collar has a triangle of black fabric with three stripes of white trim. The tie to the top is red. The back of the top also has a red triangle underneath the collar.
