Terms and Conditions
1. We are not responiable for lost or damaged items durning shipping. Everything is shipped with UPS and is insured.
2. Please tell us if you need the package by a certain time.
3. All our costumes are custom made, so please give us time to make it.
4. Do not take credit for our work.
5. We only accept personal checks and money orders threw the mail. We accept Credit Cards and Checks through PayPal.
6. We will NOT provide a refund for any costume you buy; however we will make adjustments on the costumes if you need them.
7. If you live outside the United States or live in Hawaii or Alaska please read the International Orders page.
Payment Options
There are two options for payment:
Either pay the full amount at once, or pay in installments.
If you pay in Installments the first payment must be at least $80 and $50 each payment thereafter. However you do not receive the items until all installments are payed.
If you pay with Paypal you are charged extra because of PayPal's fees.
