Description
This is a black cotton dress. The bodice parts cuts off at the middle of the bust line and flows out underneath it. The bodice part has lines of ruffled black lace and black ribbon with bows tied in the front. The sleeves have to layers, the first is short and puffed out, the second is long with ruffled cuffs. The bottom of the dress has several layers of ruffled fabric and ruffled lace. The dress extends down past the knees. It comes in White or Black.
