This is a black dress with a cape and bloomers.
The dress is black and made from cotton it is long sleeved. The sleeves have a small drape at the end. The dress goes down too about the middle of the thighs.
The cape goes a little past the bust line and has black lace trim along the edges. The front of the cape ties in the front.
The bloomers are white and have white lace trim along the bottom. The bloomers have white ribbon that ties around the thighs to tighten the bloomers. The bloomers also tie at the top.
