Description
This costume comes with a top, shorts, skirt, arm cuffs, and a cape.
The top is made from white cotton. It ties around the neck like a halter top. It is cut in a "v" in the middle and chiffon in the "v" which has black designs on it. Around the waist of the top is gold ribbon and on the bottom there is a layer of pink trim.
The shorts only go a little past the crotch line and are made from dark blue Lycra.
The skirt is a half skirt. It has three layers which are all ruffled. Each layer starts out blue and fades to white. At the bottom of each layer is lace.
The arm cuffs are yellow and lace up on the underarm with black lace.
The cape is pink and drapes over the neck. Attached to the cape is a large red rope with a grey tasle attached at the bottom.
