This costume is a floor length dress, it short on one side (Left side on White, Right side Black) and has a ruffled bottom. It is sleeveless and has ruffles along the top and shoulders. A oppisite colored ribbon ties accross the chest, and there is oppisite colored ribbon lining the bottom of the skirt.
