Description
This costume is a small light blue dress. The dress wears like an apron in the front. It has ribbon that goes around the neck then laces up the back. The dress has blue lace lining the front of the dress and the bottom. The dress goes down too about a mid thigh.
Attached to the back of the dress is a large blue bow which is formed with wire. It has blue lace lining the edges of it.
The costume is made from Slipper Satin.
