This dress is red, white and black. The skirt to the dress has red and white pleats with a black ruffled underskirt. The pleats are different lengths and widths. The bodice to the dress is red with a black over top that drapes over the right hip and over the right shoulder. There is black pleater eyelet trim on the front right ride with red ribbon lacing. Pleather trim with chains goes around the top edge of the black. The dress also comes with a red belt. The costume is made from Cotton.
